Job Description
CIVITECH is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in preparing estimates based on Market Rate System (MRS) items, filling out bid documents, and managing construction sites effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare cost estimates using MRS items.
- Compile comprehensive bid documents for various construction projects.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Track costs and quantities of materials and labor.
Requirements:
- A diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in estimation and site management.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs30,00 – Rs40,00/month
