Job Description
The Visamtion Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via Chat, Email, and Social Media, ensuring accurate information is provided. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to identify and resolve customer needs and complaints efficiently.
Location: PIA Road Lahore
Evening Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM (6 days a week)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Note: Candidates with O Level/A Level qualifications are preferred.
