Job Description
Advance Tech is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is open to both recent graduates and individuals with up to three years of experience. Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Key responsibilities include supporting various HR initiatives, managing recruitment processes, devising onboarding plans, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with legal standards. The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00.
