Job Description
The Skin Xperts is excited to announce an opening for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, with a minimum of intermediate education or equivalent, and must be fluent in Urdu, along with having mid-level proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Confirm orders and provide timely status updates.
- Drive sales and promote products effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate/Graduate level.
- Languages: Fluency in Urdu and mid-level English.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
