Job Description

Brand Surge is looking for a proactive Cold Caller to generate leads and coordinate meetings for our sales team. The successful candidate will engage in outbound calling, assess potential clients, and ensure ongoing follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to introduce our company and its offerings.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions.
• Follow up with prospects to build and nurture relationships.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections with professionalism.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
