Job Description
Creative Chaos is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help build our IT departments. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various technical roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through specialized platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidates
- Collaborate with IT leadership to fulfill hiring requirements
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting
- In-depth understanding of technical job roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Information Technology
