Job Description
OptixCode Pvt Ltd is in search of a skilled Upwork Bidder Specialist to fuel our business expansion by acquiring new projects on Upwork. Our core services include Web Design, App Development, E-commerce, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on high-value projects.
- Develop compelling proposals to secure project wins.
- Manage client engagement and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of Upwork bidding experience, with a proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets between $3,00-$5,00, and excellent communication skills.
