Waada Digital is actively looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Call Center Agent. As the initial point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and providing support for our insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming calls.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products.
- Effectively address customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Personal laptop and headset.
- Valid CNIC.
- Intermediate or Graduate qualification (students are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
Salary: Starting from 31,500 PKR, with the potential for commissions up to 80,00 PKR.
