Job Description
Waada Digital Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented Call Center Team Lead to manage and support our agents in telecom campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a domestic call center environment and familiarity with telecom projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of call center agents
- Evaluate performance to ensure compliance with KPIs
- Address escalations while maintaining high service quality
- Collaborate with management to provide campaign updates
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a domestic call center
- Prior leadership experience in telecom campaigns is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
