Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join our team in Sadar Cantt, Lahore. This is a full-time, contract position with a rotational 8-hour schedule within the banking sector.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a graduate.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of call center experience are welcome to apply.
Gender: Male
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing timely responses to queries and complaints, and tracking call information, with no sales targets involved.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs45,00.00.
Expected Start Date: April 15, 2025.
