Job Description
Only candidates with experience in HR within a call center environment will be considered; other applicants need not apply. TecNex Solutions, a BPO/Call Center managing US-based campaigns, is located at Office#01, Ground Floor, Rani Arcade, Chandi Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
We are looking for a full-time on-site HR Recruiter familiar with call center operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and working closely with the CEO.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of call center recruitment experience, the ability to handle mass hiring efficiently, and strong industry connections. This position requires a night shift from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Compensation is set at Rs40,00.00 per month.
