Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating terms with vendors and clients, and conducting thorough risk assessments. The Contract Specialist will also collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless contract execution.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and substantial experience in contract management. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
