Job Description
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Chat Support to join our team at our office in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers via chat, address inquiries, uphold high standards of written English, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements: Excellent typing speed, fluency in written English, previous experience in chat support is preferred, and knowledge of finance is advantageous.
Details: Morning shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a salary range of Rs40,00 to Rs50,00 per month.
