Job Description

Enrichers Investment Group (EIG), a prominent private equity firm based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Associate. Established in 2011, EIG is focused on transforming the investment landscape through innovative wealth management and transparent investor relations.

In the role of HR Associate, you will be responsible for managing HR functions, maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS), administering employee benefits, and facilitating training programs. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong skills in recruitment, training, and communication.
