Job Description
YNC PAKISTAN is looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team located in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 19. This is a full-time position requiring night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
As a Senior Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Upwork profile, researching and bidding on various design and development projects. You will craft persuasive proposals and develop strong relationships with clients, negotiate high-value projects, and monitor performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience in Upwork bidding, exceptional proposal writing skills, and the capability to work independently toward achieving goals.
