Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a talented Freelance Technical Recruiter with expertise in Shipping and Port Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified technical candidates, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (HR degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sourcing technical profiles, particularly at the Mid to Senior level.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as negotiation skills.
This position offers flexible remote work options.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
