Job Description

BGE Limited is on the lookout for a meticulous Admin Manager with a strong background in hotel management, experience with Booking.com, and financial acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling financial and administrative duties while ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel administration, bookings, and guest records.
  • Manage transactions via Booking.com, including invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Handle accounts, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliations.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and effective team collaboration.
  • Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • Supervise monthly financial reporting to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of proven experience in hotel management and accounting.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
