Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is excited to announce an opening for a female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to become part of our vibrant team. As a CSR, you will be the key in providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in tele-sales.
