Job Description
MILELE MOTORS FZE is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to enhance our finance team through effective bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance oversight. This vital position involves the management of accounts payable, reconciliations, and comprehensive financial documentation to ensure the seamless execution of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments for both local and international suppliers.
- Maintain productive vendor relationships and perform statement reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and manage costs.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess ACCA Part Qualification, BBA, CA Inter, ACMA Inter, or a B.Com degree.
