Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a leading taxi firm based in the UK, is expanding its operations to Pakistan and is seeking a full-time Night Shift Operator. The ideal candidate will possess experience in UK client relations and cab dispatching.
Responsibilities include: professionally answering incoming calls, providing accurate quotations, managing customer inquiries, allocating bookings to drivers, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Competencies: Previous experience with AUTOCAB is preferred, along with exceptional communication and customer service skills. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month plus overtime.
Location: Islamabad, near E11.
