Job Description
KalSoft is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our PMO department. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts to analyze requirements, document processes, and facilitate user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft documents such as Scope of Work and Functional Specification Documents.
- Assess and improve business processes while proposing effective solutions.
- Lead meetings to provide insights and gather feedback.
- Share findings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
