Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented female candidate to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent, training our Sales & Marketing personnel, and managing payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely reports on team performance
- Maintain accurate records and verify new hires
- Promote and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Marketing are required.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs60,00 per month
