Job Description

Hire My Tech, a premier recruitment agency, is on the lookout for a skilled Customer Services Representative/Patient Service Representative (PSR) for a remote opportunity based in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will align with our core values, ensuring both patient and employee satisfaction are prioritized.

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Timing: US Central Time (6 PM – 3 AM PST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Communicate with patients through email and live chat.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in US/UK healthcare call centers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Full-time availability with advanced English proficiency is a must.
