Job Description
Globe Call Centre is on the lookout for skilled Cab Dispatchers who have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinate and dispatch cabs to designated locations.
- Monitor driver schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate promptly with drivers and customers regarding any operational changes.
- Maintain precise records of all dispatch operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cab dispatcher or in a related field.
- Proficiency with GPS technology and dispatch software.
