Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd. is actively searching for a meticulous Accounts Executive with a solid academic foundation in finance and accounting. The role entails the following responsibilities: recording daily accounting transactions through QuickBooks, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank and general ledger reconciliations, tracking inventory, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, resolving discrepancies in financial reports, and overseeing invoice production along with expense management.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), are essential for this position.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
