Job Description
Logistics Vel is on the lookout for a qualified NGO Operations Manager to lead daily operations while driving our mission for meaningful change. In this role, you will develop operational strategies, manage budgets, and identify funding prospects to foster growth. You will supervise program managers and staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to NGO regulations.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management or a related field, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience in NGO operations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs75,00.00 to Rs125,00.00 per month.
