The Youth Engagement Officer will work closely with the British Council team to promote the active participation of beneficiary households in all project phases. This role includes recruiting youth participants, establishing Green Youth Movement clubs, facilitating conflict resolution, and assisting in project planning and reporting.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Climate/Environmental Sciences, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in youth engagement. Candidates must be passionate about youth and community development, possess a fundamental understanding of climate change, and be fluent in local languages with basic proficiency in English.
