Job Description
ZEREFLAB is on the lookout for a committed HR Executive to enhance our HR initiatives and systems. In this pivotal role, you will provide guidance on policies, oversee the recruitment process, develop effective onboarding strategies, and assist in performance management.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of HR experience, have a strong grasp of labor regulations, and showcase exceptional organizational and communication skills.
This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary starting at Rs50,00.00 per month.
