Job Description
HRI Private Limited is seeking a proficient ICT Technician with 3-4 years of experience in help desk and technical support roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking, along with proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and managing user accounts and security settings.
