Job Description
Usman Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising strategies to meet marketing and sales objectives. Key duties include managing the sales team, identifying new marketing opportunities, and enhancing product marketability while working under tight deadlines.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing. Exceptional communication skills are essential, and candidates aged 35 to 45 are preferred. Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi is an advantage.
