Job Description
Devronix Solutions is on the lookout for proactive and skilled professionals with experience in bidding on Upwork and PeoplePerHour. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, crafting persuasive proposals, managing client communications, and successfully converting leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate project opportunities on Upwork and PeoplePerHour.
- Develop tailored and compelling proposals for each project.
- Maintain effective client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with our internal team to assess project requirements.
Qualifications: Proven experience on Upwork and PeoplePerHour, strong English communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive base salary of PKR 40,00 – 160,00/month, plus commission.
