Job Description

Blinkers Solutions is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to become a vital part of our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will significantly contribute to fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and keep the office calendar organized.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains neat and inviting.
  • Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.
