Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, efficiently resolving customer complaints, and confirming orders via phone.
Job Timing: Evening Shift
Required Skills: Excellent Customer Service, Effective Communication, and Proficient Typing Skills
Functional Area: Client Services & Customer Support
Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (HND / Pharmacist)
Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of Customer Service experience
