Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a Regional Sales Manager with exceptional communication and coordination skills to lead our Sales Operations network and Field Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Field Sales Strategy for your designated region, ensuring that all objectives are met while strictly adhering to the company’s principles and policies.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within a leadership capacity, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
