Job Description
Enrichers Investment Group is looking for a driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will engage with potential customers to promote and sell our diverse range of products and services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to introduce products and close sales.
- Research to identify and qualify leads.
- Present customized sales pitches to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads to encourage sales progression.
- Keep precise records in CRM systems.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred. Strong communication skills and prior sales experience are essential.
Salary: $40,00 – $60,00 plus commission (10-14%).
