Job Description
AffinityVibez, a leading business management consultancy based in Pakistan, is in search of a dedicated Human Resources Executive. This full-time role is essential for streamlining our HR operations, aiding in recruitment efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key responsibilities encompass assisting HR managers with daily functions, devising strategies to enhance employee performance, addressing employee concerns with professionalism, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong task delegation and conflict resolution capabilities, and proficiency in English. Experience with HR Management software, such as SAP, is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, along with EOBI benefits and performance-based bonuses.
