Job Description

SYNC BPO is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Authorization and Pharmacy Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prescription refills, collaborating with patients and pharmacies, and verifying eligibility for ophthalmic medications.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of ophthalmic medications, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records are essential.
