Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a dedicated Helpline Agent to join our team in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will handle and respond to customer calls, provide online support regarding our services, and follow up with the Operations team to ensure timely fault rectifications. Additional responsibilities include creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets, maintaining fault records for various regions, and executing other special tasks as assigned. After 6 months of satisfactory performance, there will be an option to work from home.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs 32,00 to Rs 45,00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of customer service experience are required. This is a full-time role.
