Job Description

Brillant Avenir is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. This position entails offering technical support while managing both inbound and outbound calls, aimed at delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly address customer inquiries through chat and calls.
• Deliver effective solutions via telephone communication.
• Stay informed on service knowledge to efficiently resolve issues.
• Accurately record and update customer information.
• Achieve performance targets while following company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care.

Working Hours: 3 p.m – 12 a.m or 4 p.m – 1 a.m (UK Banking Hours)

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
