Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a prominent manufacturer and retailer, is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Chat Executive to enhance our team. Our mission centers around sustainability and ensuring customer satisfaction through our innovative and organic product offerings across 16+ brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily inquiries from both staff and customers. This role demands exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, along with prior customer service experience.
This position is a night shift, operating from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. We are offering a full-time, 24-month contract with a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
