Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
ABS International is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This position is crucial for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration, all of which are vital for our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies and coordinate interview processes.
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Assist with training initiatives and HR documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
