JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient Sales Manager to join our team in a commission-based capacity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team by recruiting Sales Executives and overseeing their sales efforts.
COMPENSATION: This role offers no fixed salary; you will earn a commission based on each sale made by your team.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 1-2 years of experience in sales or recruitment
– Excellent communication skills in English
