Job Description
We invite you to be a part of Blink Estudio as a Customer and Chat Support Representative! In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers by addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service across various platforms, including social media, email, text, and phone calls. You will also oversee the entire order process, monitor inventory levels, and manage returns with efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of e-commerce experience, outstanding English communication skills, and a solid understanding of cosmetics. Familiarity with website management and logistics is crucial for success in this position.
This full-time role requires availability from Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM. Salary range is Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
