Job Description

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to play a crucial role in our operations. In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and scheduling loads for drivers, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Planning optimized routes to minimize costs and travel times.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with drivers to provide support and updates.
• Collaborating with brokers and shippers to negotiate rates and manage necessary paperwork.
• Effectively resolving any issues, such as delays or mechanical failures.
