Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to bolster our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging exceptional technical talent, ensuring alignment with our organization’s culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for various technical positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and technical requirements.
- Perform initial screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Leverage various recruitment platforms to source candidates effectively.
Requirements: A MA/BA in Computer Science or a related field, along with a strong willingness to learn about technical roles.
