Job Description
Softvira is looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist with in-depth knowledge of U.S. taxation to assist our clients with tax-related inquiries and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of U.S. tax laws and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve client issues efficiently, and ensure clear and concise communication. Provide guidance on tax compliance requirements and assist clients in utilizing tax software.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, proven experience in customer support, and outstanding communication skills.
Benefits: Competitive salary, bonuses, and more. Compensation is up to Rs120,00.00 per month. Location: Shahra-e-Faisal (Fortune Tower).
