Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions conducted through calls, emails, and chat messages. Your primary tasks will include providing constructive feedback and analyzing service metrics to ensure we maintain our high quality standards.
This full-time position operates from 7:30 PM to 3:40 AM, five days a week. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 monthly, as well as one paid leave after the completion of your probation period.
