Job Description

Rainbow Communications is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team at our E11/3 office. In this position, you will engage with potential customers, articulate the benefits of our products and services, and play a vital role in closing sales successfully.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 3 PM to 12:30 AM, and Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM.

Compensation: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,00 to Rs60,00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize provided scripts to communicate effectively with customers.
• Address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Efficiently close sales and meet targets.
• Adhere to CRM procedures for documenting interactions.
