Job Description
IT Empire is looking for a dedicated and driven CRM Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing CRM strategies, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and current customer data, analyzing customer insights to develop targeted segmentation strategies, and refining CRM automation along with sales processes.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.
