Job Description
BPO Partners (Pvt) Limited is seeking motivated individuals to fill the position of Bilingual Call Center Agent for our Urdu and Punjabi-speaking clientele. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints, and educating customers about our diverse range of products.
The ideal candidate should possess fluent spoken and written proficiency in Urdu, along with excellent communication skills and a friendly customer-oriented attitude. Candidates with a Matric-Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in customer service are preferred.
